Q400 Performance Calculator ("the App") is a flight performance planning aid for the Bombardier DHC-8-402 (Q400) aircraft. It provides takeoff, landing, cruise, and missed-approach calculations for use by licensed pilots and aviation professionals. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use under the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). This license is for your personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable use on Apple devices that you own or control.
SAFETY NOTICE: The App is a planning aid only. All outputs MUST be cross-checked against the approved Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM), operator-approved performance data, and your airline's operating procedures before use. The pilot in command bears sole and final responsibility for all performance and safety decisions.
The App does not replace the certified Aircraft Flight Manual, official aeronautical charts, dispatch authority, or any regulatory-approved performance source. It does not provide real-time data, navigation, or flight authorization. It is not certified avionics or a primary flight reference.
Access to the App's calculators requires an auto-renewable subscription, available as a monthly or annual plan, including a one-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase.
You agree to use the App lawfully and in accordance with applicable aviation regulations. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the App's data outside the scope of this license.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP OR ITS CALCULATIONS ARE ERROR-FREE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OPERATIONAL DECISIONS MADE IN RELIANCE ON THE APP. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR USE OF THE APP.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except where mandatory local law applies.
