Summary: Q400 Performance Calculator does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with the developer or third parties. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no ads, and no servers. All calculations run entirely on your device.
The app does not collect any personal information. We do not gather your name, email address, location, contacts, device identifiers, or usage analytics. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and it does not transmit any data to us or to any external server.
Performance inputs you enter (such as weight, temperature, wind, runway, and aircraft configuration) are processed locally on your device to produce results. These inputs are not stored on any server and are not transmitted off your device.
The app offers an auto-renewable subscription processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment information. Purchase and subscription handling, including the free trial, is managed by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We may receive anonymous, aggregated sales reports from Apple that do not identify individual users.
The app is a professional aviation tool intended for licensed pilots and aviation professionals. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
Because we do not collect or store any personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. Any data related to your App Store purchases is held by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy terms.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
