1. Overview

DayDot is a countdown tracker for iOS developed by Sergei Stasenko.

2. License

Licensed under Apple's Standard EULA (link). These Terms supplement the Standard EULA.

3. What the App Does NOT Do

No accounts, no data collection, no ads, no in-app purchases, no developer servers, no tracking.

4. User Content

You own all content you create. The developer never accesses your content.

5. iCloud Sync

Subject to Apple's iCloud Terms of Service. Developer is not responsible for iCloud availability or reliability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. The developer does not warrant uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or that errors will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
